Policy Labs: Report – Culture, Social Resilience, and Well-Being

The second Policy Lab took place in Vienna in April 2023 and focused on Culture, Social Resilience, and Well being. Besides managing and moderating the Policy Labs, KEA, in a co-creation spirit with the group of 30 participants from Ukraine and internationally, has been engaged in drafting the policy report of this last meeting providing the Ministry of Culture in Ukraine with valuable recommendations which have been organized around two themes:
- Cultural heritage to support social resilience and absorb adversity
- Culture as a source of emancipation, well-being, and social resilience
