KEA specialises in the organization of events and conferences across Europe, with a particular emphasis on the entertainment, sport and cultural sectors, but not exclusively so. We connect public affairs and creativity to help you set up memorable experiences and events.

With 20 years experience working with EU institutions, we combine a deep strategic understanding of public affairs, a large network of contacts, and a wealth of creative ideas to deliver memorable social events, including classic workshops, seminars, cocktails and conferences.

KEA organized the first in a series of international events for the Horizon 2020 project ILUCIDARE. The unconventional event aimed at sparking discussions and enriching participants’ knowledge about the many ways heritage can lead innovation and international cooperation, thanks to a diversity of speakers from 16 nationalities.

In partnership with HKKKI - the Croatian Competitiveness Cluster of Creative and Cultural Industries - KEA organized b.creative in Zagreb, a one-day event on financing the creative and cultural industries. Featuring Croatian and European cultural and creative entrepreneurs, the discussions focused on the various skills and competences required to succeed in a globalised environment, as well as on the needs and barriers encountered by the cultural and creative sectors.

Seminar – Be Creative Call the Bank

On March 22nd 2019 the Be Creative – Call The Bank seminar took place in Brussels. This forms part of the CCS Guarantee Facility project in which KEA is the CCS specialist, making a bridge between the financial institutions and the CCS’ operators. This seminar presented an opportunity for Financial Intermediaries and European trade associations active in the cultural and creative sectors to learn about the EU financial support available to SMEs and small public organisations active in the field of the cultural and creative sectors. The seminar was organized in collaboration with the European Investment Fund with the support of the European Commission. Sparks Forum: Shaking up Science and Society Relations

In 2018 KEA organised the Sparks Forum, Shaking up Science and Society Relations over 1.5 days in Brussels. A keen participative audience, passionate speakers, atypical formats with surprising elements, earnest animated discussions, fruitful exchanges resulting in a coming together of ideas for citizen engagement in science, research and innovation.
