Research intern – 2026

Main responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and implementation of research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups;
  • Collect, organise, and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data;
  • Conduct desk research and literature reviews to support ongoing studies;
  • Help prepare reports, policy briefs, and visual presentations of findings with supervision of the Communications Department;
  • Contribute to the monitoring of EU policies relevant to culture, creativity, and related sectors

Profile

  • Final-stage Master’s student or recent graduate in Political Science, European Studies, Sociology, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of research methods, both quantitative (e.g., surveys, statistics) and qualitative (e.g., interviews, thematic analysis)
  • Basic experience with tools such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, NVivo, or similar is an asset
  • Excellent command of English; other European languages are a plus;
  • Familiarity with EU policy and institutions, particularly in the field of culture and the creative economy;
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently;
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, and international team.
