Tell us more about your background and interests at work
I recently completed my BSc and MSc in Economics and Management for Art, Culture, and Entertainment from Bocconi University, where I developed strong quantitative and analytical skills while cultivating a deep enthusiasm and criticsal approach in the culture and creative sector.
As a research assistant at ASK (Bocconi) I began working on cultural policy assessments within the Italian context, and I now look forward to expanding my expertise in this field at a European level through my work at KEA.
Your mission at KEA and what you want to bring to the table
My professional aspiration is to help cities, territories, and organizations maximize the socio-economic capital generated by sport, culture and creativity, which I sees as strategic pillars of sustainable development.
Driven by my personal experience, I strongly advocate for decentralizing cultural offerings, integrating peripheral areas into the socio-cultural fabric of cities, and promoting urban regeneration and placemaking through cultural initiatives.
Tell us something you love to do outside of work!
I love participating in anything that brings people together—whether it’s parties, art events, or sports (especially boxing). Yet, sometimes I enjoy spending time alone solo-hiking through the Alps.
