AI secrett – Digital Europe

Project summary

AI-SECRETT, an ambitious new initiative aimed at fostering advanced digital skills and human-centric innovation through artificial intelligence (AI). With €7.2 million in funding under the Digital Europe Program (DIGITAL-2024-ADVANCED-DIGITAL-07), AI-SECRETT is a 4-year project designed to create a new generation of digitally skilled professionals capable of driving Europe’s triple, digital, green, and social transitions. AI-SECRETT directly contributes to the EU's Digital Decade goals, which aim to equip 20 million ICT specialists by 2030 while ensuring gender balance and digital inclusion. The project also supports the European Green Deal and New European Bauhaus, reflecting the EU’s vision of sustainability, culture, and innovation. With partners spanning Spain, Italy, Germany, Greece, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, France, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina. AI-SECRETT is uniquely positioned to deliver broad, cross-border impact and establish a new standard for AI education in Europe. Led by the University of Valencia (Spain), the AI-SECRETT consortium brings together 23 partners from 11 countries across Europe, spanning universities, research centers, SMEs, public sector authorities, and cultural organizations. The project will deliver a comprehensive educational program—including a fully online joint master’s degree and shorter AI training modules—that integrates technology and creativity to address real-world challenges.

KEA's contribution

KEA will contribute to the project to assess the needs of CCIs in terms of AI solutions and skills requirements, and will contribute to the design of the various educational and training modules for AI-Secrett. More broadly, KEA will support the uptake of the solutions developed by AI-Secrett towards CCIs professionals. KEA is also supporting the communication and dissemination efforts of the AI-Secrett consortium.
