A Mapping of the Cultural and Creative Offer in Iasi

Project summary

The project aimed to map the cultural and creative industries (CCIs) in Iasi to support the city’s European Capital of Culture (ECoC) bid. KEA conducted desk research, identified local CCI players (“champions”), assessed needs and expectations, and developed a tool to monitor and evaluate the ECoC’s impacts before, during, and after 2021. The final output included an inventory of CCIs, qualitative analysis of strengths and opportunities, and recommendations for mobilising local cultural resources.
