This publication (2011–2013) aimed to identify and analyse training models for artists to deliver creative interventions in organisations across partner countries (Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Austria) and to draft policy recommendations to align training with business needs.

KEA's contribution

KEA conducted literature review, consulted research experts, designed and implemented questionnaires for data collection, analysed training models, and drafted the research report and policy recommendations for the TAFI project.
