This project supported a functional review of North Macedonia’s Ministry of Culture (MoC), the Cultural Heritage Protection Office (CHPO), and the Film Agency (FA). It aimed to assess the capacity of these institutions to design and implement cultural policy, evaluate their organisational structures, and propose reforms aligned with EU integration priorities. The review included comparative benchmarking with three EU countries and considered the country’s multicultural context.
