Methodological support of Living Labs in Wallonia

Project summary

The project provided methodological support to two pilot living labs in Wallonia (WeLL & SGL). KEA helped co-design practical methods, tools, and processes to support innovation and market objectives, facilitate user and citizen involvement in co-creation, reduce development cycles, and mitigate market risks. The project also aimed to disseminate lessons learned to encourage the development of additional living labs in the region. The work included mapping and analysing the needs of existing living labs, designing hands-on methodologies, conducting desk research and interviews with successful labs, running workshops on topics like communication, IP management, and sustainable business models, and producing a toolbox for future living lab development.
