The project supported the development of a cultural strategy in Serbia in line with Article 19 of the Law on Culture (2009). The mission included field visits to Belgrade and Novi Sad, interviews with government officials, research centres, and state-supported cultural institutions. The team produced an analytical report with policy recommendations to guide Serbia’s cultural strategy and investment priorities.
