C’man project

Project summary

C’man is an Erasmus+ international project focused on enhancing training opportunities in Cultural Management. It responds to evolving challenges in the Cultural and Creative Sectors by identifying skill gaps in project management, change management, and green transition. The project involves four partners—Pro Progressione, The Green Room, KEA, and Central European University—and aims to exchange methodologies and develop a pilot training scheme to build capacity among cultural managers.

KEA's contribution

KEA conducted research and needs analysis, contributed to the development of the pilot training scheme, and led communication and design activities. KEA also supported training and capacity building for cultural managers across the partner countries.
